Who wouldn’t want to be a Goddess during Goddess Pose?

In this episode, Carolyn talks to yoga teacher Purna Devi and learns the benefits of doing yoga during pregnancy. Can you say better sleep? She shares her knowledge and discusses the sense of community a mother-to-be can get from a class.
“We’re pack animals. We need support of other women, we need support of other birthers, and we need guidance and we need to feel safe, and we need to understand our bodies. And what better circle to do that in with a bunch of other people that are in the same place you are?”
